About Innovations

Innovations provides bespoke Audio Visual (AV) solutions to clients throughout the UK in a range of different sectors, from large blue chip organisations to the public sector.

Innovations believes that one size rarely fits all when it comes to setting up the right audio visual and video conferencing systems for your organisation. Over 16 years experience has shown us the importance of listening to our clients, working closely with them to really get the measure of them. That’s why we won’t begin by making suggestions about what we think might fit well in your new boardroom, nor will we lecture you on the latest digital projector for your meeting rooms. We will begin by asking lots of questions to find out what you intend to use audio visual equipment for, we will listen to you, get a feel for what you are trying to achieve, the style of your business, the way you operate. Like a good tailor who spends time measuring you up, consulting you on styles and preferences, our attention to detail and desire to get it right is what drives us.

Some AV companies will have an idea of what they want to sell you before they arrive, a menu of items that they like to tick off in order to line their own pockets, whether you need them or not. Innovations doesn’t work like that – we won’t sell you anything you don’t need because we want to work with you long term. A recent questionnaire sent to our clients saw all respondents rate our attitude to customers and customer service as good or excellent.
